The increase in the population of Uganda, coupled with the increase in health awareness, has made an ever increasing demand on the services of ENT specialists. Simultaneously, scientific and technological advancements have continued to improve health care in the world; Uganda inclusive. Some of the fruits of these changes are improvements in the care and rehabilitation of patients with hearing impairment, head and neck cancer and other conditions.
