Goal: To train 3,000 enrolled midwives to a diploma (registered) level more quickly and cost-effectively than traditional classroom-based teaching methods, in order to improve the health of the rural and disadvantaged populations that often lack access to skilled health workers. The project is adapted from a successful eLearning model scaled-up in Kenya.
