About us

Uganda National Association of Community and Occupational Health (UNACOH) is a Public Health NGO that brings together Health professionals and any individuals and organizations interested or active in the improvement of health in Uganda.

It was registered as a Non –Governmental Organization in 1991 and enjoys a membership of about 1,000 from 80 districts in the country.

It has 21 established district branches which include; Bugiri, Bundibugyo, Iganga, Jinja, Kabarole, Kampala, Kasese, Kayunga, Kyenjojo, Masaka, Masindi, Mayuge, Mbale, Mbarara, Mpigi, Mukono, Pallisa, Rakai, Rukungiri, Sembabule and Wakiso. UNACOH targets to establish branches in all districts of Uganda.
