Betasol ointment is a topical corticosteroid used in the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the skin, other than those arising from infection. Indications include eczema unresponsive to less potent corticosteroids, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, insect stings and eczema of scabies. Available in 15gm tubes.
