With funding from the U.S. Department of Defense, Jhpiego is supporting the Rwandan Defense Forces (RDF) to scale up voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) services. This project aims to:
1) increase circumcision coverage among military personnel by strengthening VMMC services within RDF’s health services; and
2) reduce the number of new HIV infections and other sexually transmitted infections among military members, their families and the surrounding civilian communities
