ICAP conducted this study to develop a cohort of over 600 HIV-infected adults who are initiating antiretroviral therapy (ART) in eight health facilities in Nyanza Province to establish a sample bank of plasma and urine samples in order to further the understanding of the association between inflammatory and coagulation biomarkers and HIV-related outcomes.
