Goal: Working in partnership with the Ministry of Water and Environment of Uganda as a member of the Uganda WASH Alliance, the project trains local artisans to construct WASH infrastructure (including water access points, showers and ventilated improved pit latrines) and establishes WASH committees, made up of elected community members who collect fees from community members to pay for ongoing maintenance
