• Maternal, Child and Community Health Division has a mandate to improve women, newborn and child health by providing an environment where unwanted pregnancies are avoided, women go through pregnancy and childbirth safely, their newborns are born alive and healthy and where children grow and develop their full potential, thereby fulfilling their role in the socio-economic development of Rwanda.
