• Baylor-Uganda continues to provide Safe Male Circumcision services as part of the HIV prevention package. In line with the PEPFAR priorities, SMC was scaled down from the 8 districts of West Nile and restricted to the scale-up district of Nebbi until March 2016 when the West Nile arm of the comprehensive HIV/ AIDS EWN project ended. Similarly, there was cessation of SMC services in the 6 districts of TESO sub-region with continuation of services being maintained in the high priority districts of Soroti and Katakwi. Starting April 2016, Baylor-Uganda extended Safe Male Circumcision services to four new districts of Kabarole, Kamwenge, Kyenjojo, and Ntoroko in the Rwenzori region under the SNAPS project
