Facing health indicators alarmist, The University of Ngozi held at its inception to offer in its range of faculties, the Faculty of Medicine. The latter aims to:
- give the country and the sub region well-trained doctors and performing on the workplace;
- contribute to regional development by familiarizing students with the medical and social needs of people living in cities and in the dural environment;
- provide an organizing framework solidarity to students from different backgrounds by allowing them to manage themselves around clear objectives;
- to put public health at the center of human development.
